Willis Letter

A letter from Stan Willis who was a boarder at VCS in the 1930's

Stan Willis appears in one of the pre-WW2 photographs on this site and wrote to the Vanbrugh Old Boys' Association about the book (see Summer 1968 Chronicle). Stan gave the title "Vanbrugh Castle S.E.3."
A 1961 newspaper article about the school made reference to the book which had the title "I Lived in a Castle".
However an internet search failed to find any reference to a book by Mr Willis.
